Return Policy

For exchanges or returns please email us at ​[email protected], Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sat 9:00am- 1:00pm EST.  You will be given the authority to return.

All sales of jewelry, swimwear, and accessories are final sale.

Shipping and handling on merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the wrong item was shipped). If you have received the wrong product please email us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.

There are NO RETURNS, You may only exchange for an incorrect size.

You are also responsible for shipping costs when exchanging or returning authorized merchandise.

All merchandise returned for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, rip/tear free, make-up/deoderant free, and with original tags attached.

Haute Street Couture is not responsible for lost parcels. Lost parcels marked as "delivered" are not the responsibility of HSC.
